The VALLEY® Cushion Return Policy.
Thank you for purchasing our products at The VALLEY® Cushion operated by UT Care Products Ltd.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. You must notify us no later than 14 calendar days after the purchase date.
We cannot refund any type of shipping charges incurred. Shipping charges will have already been paid to the courier and are non-recoverable. For hygiene reasons we cannot refund the cost of the cover as this will have to be replaced. This cost will be explained to you when you inform us you wish to return your item.
You are responsible for any shipping charges required to send the item to us.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed you may not be eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for the entire purchase price amount if the item is not returned or is returned in an unusable condition.
