Next Day Delivery* is available Monday–Thursday for orders placed before 2 pm, but may be subject to delays due to increased courier demand.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday will be processed Friday.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed the following Monday.
PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we take every step to ensure your order is delivered to you within our agreed time frame once an order has left our hub it is the responsibility of the postal or courier service to deliver the order within their specified time. UT Care Products will not be held responsible for late delivery of any orders specifically arranged to be delivered by a specified date due to courier issues. Whilst orders are sent out on an next day delivery service and 99% of the time orders do arrive on time we cannot guarantee that the courier company will deliver your order the next working day.
