The Collection Service is the most convenient and easy way to return The VALLEY® Hire Cushion. Once you have finished your hire period we will organise the collection of The VALLEY® Hire Cushion.
When your hire period has ended and you wish to return the cushion phone up the office and we will organise our courier to collect The VALLEY® Hire Cushion.
If you are purchasing the Collection Service on it’s own select ‘Local Pickup’ at the check out.
When you have finished with The VALLEY® Hire Cushion contact the office either by phone or email and we will organise the collection for the next working day. We will confirm your collection day via email.
Put the VALLEY® Hire Cushion and pump back in the Box and the Box back in the Carrier Bag. Secure the Carrier Bag with the zip tie.
Yodel will advise you on a 2 hour slot on the collection day. The Yodel driver will have all the paperwork/labels with them.

You will be contacted by Yodel and will be advised on a 2 hour slot.
Collections are made on working days only (Monday-Friday). The Collection Service is not available on a Saturday. Collections are confirmed via email. Bank Holidays in the UK are not working days.
An easily contactable mobile number needs to be provided. Failure to provide such mobile number may delay or cancel the collection.
Please ensure you are in on the collection day that you request. If you are not in when the collection is made, you will either have to make alternate arrangements to return The VALLEY® Hire Cushion or rebook the Collection Service which you will have to pay for.
Collection time is an estimate and no guarantees are made. Consignments may be delayed for reasons that are out of the control of both UT Care Products Ltd and Yodel.
